Hi! I’m Brittney, a registered nurse, and co-founder of Salt & Solace, and someone who believes that true wellness is more than physical; it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. With an extensive background in nursing, I am passionate about helping people feel radiant, balanced, and at ease in their own skin. Salt & Solace was born from a dream to offer that kind of care in a way that feels intentional and holistic.

Welcome! I’m Jessica, a registered nurse, and co-founder of Salt & Solace. I am a firm believer in the healing power of presence, nourishment, and nature. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and a heart for holistic wellness, I helped create Salt & Solace alongside my friend and fellow nurse, Brittney, to bring personalized wellness services directly to you. Together, we are here to meet you where you are - physically, emotionally, and energetically to help you feel restored, grounded, and cared for.
