Our Story

Salt & Solace was born from a simple but powerful belief — that you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. As registered nurses with extensive clinical backgrounds, we saw firsthand how much the body canheal when it’s given the right support, the right nutrients, and the right environment to rest and restore.

What started as a vision to bring personalized wellness care directly to our community became something even better — a brick and mortar home right here in Owasso, Oklahoma, where we can create the kind of elevated, calming experience we always knew was possible.

Salt & Solace is located at 11400 N Garnett Rd Suite C, Owasso, OK 74055 — and we’re proud to serve Owasso and the greater Tulsa area with services that go far beyond a standard drip.

Our Approach

Every service at Salt & Solace is protocol-driven and clinically informed. That means we’re not just hanging a bag — we’re assessing your needs, tailoring your treatment, and delivering care with the same standard you’d expect in aclinical setting, just in a far more relaxing environment.

All of our services are performed by licensed registered nurses and operate under the supervision of a licensed DO Medical Director. Your safety, comfort, and results are never an afterthought here — they’re the whole point.

With an extensive background in nursing and a passion for holisticcare, I helped build Salt & Solace to offer something Owasso hadn’t seen before — a wellness experience that feels as intentional as it is effective. Every client who walks through our doors deserves to feel seen, supported, and restored.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and a deep belief in the healing power of nourishment and presence, I helped create a space where clinical expertiseand whole-body wellness actually live together. I’m passionate about making sure every client leaves feeling better than when they walked in — not just physically, but genuinely restored. We built Salt & Solace for this community, andthis community is why we keep showing up every day.
