Welcome! I’m Jessica - a registered nurse, co-founder of Salt & Solace, and a firm believer in the healing power of presence, nourishment, and nature. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and a heart for holistic wellness, I helped create Salt & Solace alongside my friend and fellow nurse, Brittney, to bring personalized wellness services directly to you. Together, we‘re here to meet you where you are - physically, emotionally, and energetically to help you feel restored, grounded, and cared for.
