Welcome to Salt & Solace. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including any website operated by Salt & Solace, and all mobile wellness services provided throughout the greater Tulsa area. By booking an appointment, using our site, or engaging in any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

1. Services

Salt & Solace provides mobile IV Hydration, IM injections, and wellness spa services performed by licensed medical professionals. All services ar provided based on client eligibility, medical screening, and professional discretion. Salt & Solace reserves the right to refuse services if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe. 

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance via our online system, by phone, or through direct contact. A credit card is required to be placed on your account at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Acceptable payment methods include debit/credit cards, approved digital payment systems, and cash. No checks are accepted. We currently do not accept insurance, but may accept FSA/HSA upon request. 

3. Cancellations & Late Rescheduling 

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be rescheduled for the need of the client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Salt & Solace does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Our services are intended to support general wellness and are not a substitute for medical care. You should consult your primary care provider before receiving any IV or IM services, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or a pregnant/breastfeeding. 

5. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Minors must be clinically cleared by our medical director before services are rendered and a parent or legal guardian must remain with the minor for the duration of the appointment. Clients must complete a health intake and consent form prior to treatment. All clients must have a tele-health Good Faith Exam (GFE) prior to services rendered. The GFE will remain in effect for one calendar year. Services may be declined at any time based on medical history, current vital signs, or any contraindications determined by our practitioners.

6. Mobile Access & Location

Our team will travel to your home, workplace, or event space within our designated service area (Tulsa and the surrounding area). Safe, clean, and appropriate access to the service location is required. If your practitioners are unable to safely reach or access the treatment location, services may be canceled at the client’s expense. 

Please Note - For the safety of our practitioners, their location will be continuously monitored at all times during appointments. Each practitioner is equipped with a personal SOS device that immediately alerts local law enforcement if they feel unsafe or threatened in any way. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if our practitioners safety becomes a concern.

7. Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Personal and medical information is handled and stored in compliance with HIPAA regulations. For more details, see our (HIPAA Policy).

8. Limitations & Liability

Salt & Solace and its practitioners strive to uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and care. While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and effective experience, all services are provided based on client-provided health information, which must be complete and accurate.

As licensed medical professionals, we maintain responsibility for the quality and safety of our care. However, Salt & Solace is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld medical history, false information, or failure to follow post-appointment instructions. 

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the risks and benefits of IV and IM services and that services are provided only with your informed consent. 

9. Changes to Terms

Salt & Solace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our devices or site constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
