All services are administered by licensed registered nurses (RNs) with extensive clinical backgrounds. Our entire operation runs under the supervision of a licensed DO Medical Director — so you’realways in safe, credentialed hands.

Yes. Every session begins with a health screening to confirm the service is appropriate for you. Our protocols are medically directed by a licensed DO and delivered by experienced RNs — the samestandard of care you’d expect in a clinical setting, just in a much more relaxing environment.

Our services are available to clients 18 and over. Clients under 18 require pre-screening and clearance from our Medical Director, and a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the appointment. 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, your IV formula may need to be adjusted for safety — a pre-screening consultation and Medical Director approval will be required. 

Please Note: individuals with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) are not eligible for IV hydration services due to medical risk. However, you are still welcome to enjoy our other wellness services.

We do not bill insurance directly at this time. However, many of our services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement — and we are happy to accept HSA/FSA cards directly at the time of service. Check with your plan for specific coverage details. 

Most IV infusions take 30-45 minutes. IM injections typically take just a few minutes. Your first visit will run a little longer as we complete your intake forms and set up your personalized client portal. We never rush — every session is designed to feel relaxed and restorative. 

Drink plenty of water and eat a light meal within a few hours before your appointment. Wear clothing with easy access to both arms if you’re receiving IV hydration. That’s it — we handle the rest.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us honor the time set aside for each client. 

We know life happens — if something unexpected comes up, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work with you. 

A credit card is required on file at time of booking to reserve your session. Your information is stored securely and will only be used if necessary. A cancellation fee may apply for late changes or repeated cancellations. 

Yes! While our primary location is our wellness center in Owasso, OK, we do offer mobile IV hydration and wellness services throughout the Owasso and greater Tulsa area for anadditional travel fee. Contact us to check availability and pricing for mobile appointments. 

Every service at Salt & Solace — from IV infusions to IM shots to wellness extras — includes a complimentary eye treatment. Choose from a warm lavender eye mask or unscented eye mask to deepen your relaxation. Because the little things matter.
